Great British Expo’s are celebrating our 7th Birthday in 2019 and what a celebration! Since we launched in 2012 they have helped over 43,000 UK SME’s and have gained the respect of the industry.
It all began in the South West with the launch of the South West Expo at The Steam Museum, Swindon in 2012. Since then the organisation has really expanded, spreading throughout the UK and has obtained the reputation of being one of the UK’s best providers of regional SME events, offering practically every kind of business-related keynote speakers and providing workshops which offer great advice on helping you equip your business for success, Great British Expo’s now helps on average over 6,500 SMEs annually.
After coming into contact with so many businesses, charities and inspirational individuals throughout the region, Great British Expo’s have decided that it is time to reward and recognize some of the best achievements in the business area.
In celebration of their 6th Birthday, 2018 sees the return of The South West Business and Community Awards for its 3rd year with nominations now open. These awards will recognise businesses, charities, and individuals that have made an outstanding contribution in the region. Any business or individual based within the South West can either nominate or be nominated. The Awards ceremony this year is going to held in Swindon as this is where we run one of our Business expos within the region.
The winners will be announced at a dinner awards evening ceremony on January 21st 2021 at The Double Tree by Hilton - Swindon.

Judging the nominations will be an independent panel made up of some of the UK’s biggest business leaders, entrepreneurs, charity ambassadors and regional influencers/figures.
We are looking for your help in identifying those businesses, charities, and individuals within your business or the region that have made an outstanding contribution over the past 12 months and could potentially be nominated for these awards, you are the ones on the ground and see the achievement as it is happening...
It is easy for anyone to submit nominations online, and entrants can either be nominated or self-nominate.
